Mission & Purpose
ICE Islamia is committed to nurturing confident, compassionate, and capable Muslim leaders by offering high-quality, affordable education rooted in Islamic values. We aim to create an environment where students grow intellectually and spiritually through a curriculum aligned with the Ontario Ministry of Education and infused with Islamic character.

Registration Fee:
- $200 per student (non-refundable) at the time of admission
- All new registrants must submit pre-authorized credit card information as part of the registration process

*Sibling Discount: Families receive a 10% discount on each additional sibling (applied to the lowest tuition).

Payment Deadline:
All monthly installments are due by the 10th of each month.
Late Payment Policy

| 16+ Days | Pre-authorized credit card charged; $25 late fee applied |
| 30 Days | Mandatory meeting with the Principal required |
| 60 Days | Report cards and transcripts withheld |
| 90 Days | Enrollment suspended until fees are fully paid or a formal payment plan is established |
Returned Payments: A $35 NSF fee applies to any returned cheque or declined transaction.
Financial Support
Families experiencing financial hardship may apply for fee reductions or scholarships. ICE Islamia is committed to working with parents to ensure continued access to Islamic education wherever possible. Contact the school office for the confidential application process.
