At ICE Islamia, every day is a beautiful journey where faith, knowledge, and creativity come together. Our students experience a unique blend of Islamic teachings and modern education — preparing them for both success in this life and the hereafter. Let’s take you inside a typical day for an ICE Islamia student!
Morning: Starting with Spirituality and Focus
The school day begins with a warm greeting from teachers and classmates, followed by the beautiful recitation of morning duas and Quranic verses. Our students start their day by connecting with Allah (SWT), setting a peaceful and focused tone for learning.
Right after, students attend a short Islamic Studies class, where they explore topics like Islamic manners (Adaab), Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and Quranic tafseer — all taught in a way that’s engaging and age-appropriate.
Mid-Morning: Diving into STEM Learning
After morning prayers and Islamic studies, it’s time for academics — but the ICE Islamia way!
Students move into exciting hands-on activities in Math, Science, and Technology. Lessons are project-based, meaning students don’t just memorize — they build, create, experiment, and solve real-world problems.
Whether it’s designing a simple machine in a STEM project or solving math challenges in teams, learning is always interactive and joyful.
Midday: Salah and Reflection
At midday, students pause for Dhuhr prayer. We provide a peaceful space for students to pray in jama’ah (congregation) and reflect on their day so far. Salah isn’t rushed — it’s treated with the honor and tranquility it deserves, helping students stay spiritually grounded.
Afternoon: Enrichment and Creativity
After prayer, students return energized to take part in specialized classes like:
- Typing Class: Building modern skills with confidence.
- Islamic Studies: Deepening their understanding of Islamic history, Quran, and Fiqh.
- Art and Creativity Sessions: Where students express their imaginations through Islamic calligraphy, model-building, or STEM-based crafts.
Some days even include special projects like Quran competitions, STEM fairs, or robotics workshops!
End of the Day: Review, Duas, and Smiles
Before dismissal, classes review the day’s learning through fun activities or short quizzes. Students end the day with a closing dua, thanking Allah for the blessings of knowledge and friendship.
As they leave, their faces are filled with confidence, gratitude, and excitement — ready to share their experiences with their families and come back eager to learn more tomorrow.
